Steve and Joseph were Absolutely Amazing. Answered the phone after 7:00 on a weeknight and within 15 minutes they were on the way. Showed up as promised explained the issue, fixed it and were in and out. Price matched exactly what was quoted and there was no “games”. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for reliable and honest AC repair.

I am extremely happy with the service I received !!! They came out the same day and went above and beyond to help me. And took the time to explain everything to me. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly for me ... honest ! I am so fortunate to have found such a quality company that is thorough and does excellent work. Their name says it all. This company is truly RELIABLE. When I call for service they always respond quickly. Service is over top notch. The technician was very courteous and explained everything to me so that I could understand what he was talking about. I highly recommend them.

Steve and company at Reliable AC are AMAZING. After having a new high tech thermostat installed by someone we know, our house was so hot for over a week. We were begging people to come help us and within an hour, Steve and his people from Reliable AC came over and fixed our thermostat, and quickly at that!! Our house is no longer almost 90 degrees and I’m a happy camper!! Thank y’all so much!! We’ll definitely be relying on you in the future!!

They responded within 45 minutes on a Saturday, solved the problem and had me back in AC within 30 minutes…best part it was very reasonable. The owner himself came out to get us handled quickly. There is a reason they have a 5.0 ranking believe it!!

I DO NOT make a habit of posting, however, I feel compelled to share the phenomenal experience I had with Reliable A.C. They were professional, knowledgable, transparent with their pricing and performed the work needed flawlessly. Their customer service is also second to none! I would highly recommend.

I wanted to thank Reliable AC for coming in to diagnose and repair my problem without breaking the bank. They were honest and didn't try to get me to replace my AC without any repair attempts. They will never see.my business again and I will be contacting them for a refund of the service fees they charged.

Called and within the hour I had a knock on my door! Very knowledgeable, friendly, clean - imagine that?! I will never use my old company again! Steve and his guys are the best  around. They really care and did I mention they were friendly?

I was referred by a family member and connected to the owner, Steve. We had an issue with our A/C unit after a routine maintenance performed by another company. The owner, Steve, was incredibly responsive and helped answer the questions we had regarding the faulty work done by the other company. He was happy to assist and help. He would answer my questions by phone and by text as they would arise. His prices were competitive and fair and he was able to get the job done in a timely manner.

If you are looking for a reliable company, they truly live up to their name. I cannot recommend this company enough.
